InGenivm have partnered with a leading advisory firm specializing in business valuation, litigation support, and forensic accounting services.
Our clients team provides expert analysis and testimony in high-stakes disputes, complex financial investigations, and transaction-related engagements.
We are looking for someone who will lead and manage valuation engagements involving complex business interests, often in the context of litigation, shareholder disputes, financial reporting, and forensic investigations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver business valuation projects for litigation, forensic, and financial reporting purposes
- Prepare and review detailed valuation models, reports, and supporting documentation
- Provide expert witness testimony and assist legal teams with deposition and trial preparation
- Conduct forensic financial analysis and support investigations involving fraud, economic damages, and other disputes
- Manage client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely work
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals and presentations
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in business valuation, litigation consulting, or forensic accounting
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS, ASC 805, etc.)
- Experience working on litigation matters, including damages analysis and expert testimony
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills
- CPA, ASA, ABV, CFA, or similar professional credential strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus
