InGenivm Group are partnered with a growing technical engineering and consulting firm, who are seeking an experienced individual to support the company’s strategic vision and growth, drive efficiency, and ensure national expansion across the United States.

Ideal candidates have experience in the construction, engineering, or technical consulting industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Ideal Location: Southern California.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient delivery across engineering, project management, and support functions
  • Translate company strategy into scalable operational plans to support nationwide expansion across the U.S.
  • Build, optimize, and standardize processes, systems, and infrastructure to enable rapid and sustainable growth
  • Establish and track key performance metrics to drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with the owners and leadership team to align operational execution with business objectives and growth targets
  • Develop and scale high-performing teams, including hiring, structuring, and leadership development
  • Identify and execute opportunities for market expansion, partnerships, and operational efficiencies
  • Ensure consistent quality, compliance, and delivery standards across all regions and projects
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve communication, productivity, and customer outcomes
  • Help shape company culture and maintain agility while scaling operations nationwide

What We’re Looking For:

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in business management, operations, or project coordination
  • Experience in construction, engineering, consulting, or technical services industries
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities

Preferred

  • Experience working with engineering consultants, insurers, or legal teams
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management software
  • Degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or a related field
