Job Description
Our client is a US based construction consultancy specializing in project advisory, delay and disruption analysis, and expert witness services with a proven track record supporting clients through complex claims and disputes.
You will lead and deliver high-level forensic scheduling and delay analysis assignments across a diverse portfolio of projects. You’ll play a key role in guiding clients through dispute resolution processes, providing expert insights, and mentoring a growing team of analysts and consultants.
This is a strategic leadership position suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of project delivery, claims analysis, and expert consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of delay and scheduling analyses for claims, disputes, and litigation support.
- Prepare and review expert witness reports in support of arbitration and court proceedings.
- Advise clients on project controls, risk, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage client relationships, business development, and service line growth.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants within the scheduling and delay practice.
Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in project scheduling, delay analysis, and/or forensic planning.
- Proven background with a consultancy, contractor, or expert advisory firm.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong analytical/report writing skills.
- Demonstrable experience supporting or delivering expert witness assignments (testifying experience advantageous).
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced credentials (PMP, PSP, PE, or similar) preferred.
