InGenivm are partnering with a leading advisory and consulting firm that is expanding its Forensic Accounting and Disputes Practice.
This is a key hire and an opportunity to play a visible role in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and investigations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support forensic accounting investigations related to commercial damages, breach of contract, lost profits, and business valuation.
- Analyze and interpret complex financial and operational data to quantify economic damages.
- Draft and present expert reports to legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and arbitrators.
- Support expert witness testimony in litigation and arbitration settings.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and other experts in multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- CPA, CFF, or similar qualification strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in forensic accounting, commercial damages, or litigation consulting.
- Proven background in preparing expert reports and supporting testimony.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with data visualization is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-accountants.
